Describe your V54 booth space:

Kitchy with a touch of dog clothes and pet attire. The Lofty Owl, owned by my sister-in-law adds a touch of farmhouse chic.

How long have you been collecting and selling your wares?

Most of my collection comes from family heirlooms and the salvage home repair some family members do. As for the dog clothes and accessories...TootsUncommon has had an online presence for 10+ years and is a family run LLC.

Do you have a private collection and if so, what do you collect?

My collection is rather eclectic. There are kitchy animal figures that dot the hand-crafted Mission style furnishing of our Broad Ripple Bungalow.

Who is your favorite artist?

Frida Kahlo and Mary Englebreit...how's that for an interesting combination?

Do you have a career outside of the V54 world?

I am the Department Chair of World Languages at North Central High School and teach Spanish.

What do you do for fun?

Hang out with Tootsie Roll the Pug, camp, work around the house and collect things for my V54 space.

And your family…

Married to Jeff who owns Metropolitan Music and Cinema. Two dogs and two cats...no kids. My parents live in the town I grew up in - Bremen, IN and my sister lives and teaches in Mishawaka, IN and is the proud mom of my niece, Roan.
